WELCOME TO MORNING WORSHIP WITH JOHNNY! Computer operators try my patience. So, you have a question you think must be pretty standard, and you want to talk with support. However, the computer operator, who is the first responder to your inquiry talks you through a myriad of steps to get to the right place. Then she tells you it will be 45 minutes before you can speak to someone. It just defies all sense in this digital age. Join me as I work through one of my all time pet peeves.
